As of April 01, 2026, the project was awarded to Helms & Sons Excavating, with an awarded amount of $362,196.50. The bid guaranty will benefit the Owner if the bidder fails to execute the contract and provide bonds and insurance within ten days of notification of award. Contract documents must be purchased from Becker Impressions, and only those on the Plan Holders List will be considered responsive bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the most favorable bid. Instructions to bidders are to purchase the contract documents from Becker Impressions, ensure they are on the Plan Holders List, and follow all instructions provided. The Scope of Work for the 2025 Resurfacing Program Project consists of proposed street improvements within the Village of Weston. Streets being improved include Talyor Street from Main Street to SR 235, Main Street from Center Street to the railroad tracks, and Center Street from Main Street to Ash Street. Proposed improvements consist of milling and resurfacing, curb ramp replacement, structure adjustments, and pavement repairs. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: _ The Engineer's Official Estimate of Probable Cost for this Project is $391,000.00.
