Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lehi, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 92,050-square-foot water / sewer project.
The City of Lehi is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) services for the Lehi City Water Department Storage Building project. The contract documents will be created by Galloway & Company, LLC, identified as the Architect. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT The project includes a new building that provides Lehi Public Works Department with a climatized space for the Water Department's storage needs with adjacent support spaces. An ancillary-covered structure to store other equipment is also included as an added alternate. Along with these buildings are associated site modifications, underground stormwater detention, and utility improvements including sanitary sewer, water and power. In addition, there will be relocation of existing fire hydrant and storm drain systems.
