A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of Park Road Water Improvements, which includes approximately 1,425 feet of 6-inch water main and appurtenances, as well as new Municipex services and meter reconnection or relocations. Bidders must be responsible and meet the requirements specified. The project is a "Public Works" project subject to Alabama's competitive bid laws. No prequalification of bidders is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any proposals and to waive technicalities. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty days of receipt. There will not be a pre-bid conference. Plans and specifications may be inspected or obtained for a non-refundable fee.
