Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The services to be provided under this Agreement are for the following project (Project) and purpose Project No. 89022041-0001 Roy Blunt Luminary Park Design Professional Services contract for construction observation services The MBE/WBE participation goals for this Project are 14% MBE participation and 14% WBE participation. Project boundaries are the north boundary: westbound traffic lanes of Truman Road from Grand Boulevard on the east to Wyandotte Street on the west; south boundary: eastbound traffic lanes of Truman Road from Wyandotte Street to the west to Grand Boulevard to the east; east boundary: Grand Boulevard to the intersection of Truman Road on the north and south; west boundary: Wyandotte Street to the intersection of Truman Road on the north and south. An additional two blocks of I-670 beneath the convention center from Broadway Boulevard to Wyandotte Street are included.
