Bids are invited for a General Contract for the work of the Driver Service Center Interior and Exterior Renovation, Hart Lane, Nashville, DLT Station, Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, SBC Project No 502 056 01 2022. Documents may be examined at the Designer's office or Plan Rooms and should be obtained from the Designer following the Instructions to Bidders. A five percent (5%) Bid Security may be required. A Non-Discrimination policy applies. Plan deposits must be made via certified or cashier's check payable to the State of Tennessee. Instructions specify that bids sent by mail or express mail must be received before the specified deadline and directed to the indicated official or group. Drop-off or courier delivery of bids should occur within the provided timeframe on the bid due date. Bids will be publicly opened by the Owner on behalf of the State of Tennessee via Webex. Further procedures and requirements for bidders are governed by the Instructions to Bidders. Interior and exterior renovations to the existing building consist of removing and replacing all single windows, glass block and storefront. Interior work consists of painting all interior walls and hollow metal door frame, remove and replace all interior floor, wall base, and ceiling finishes throughout. Remove and replace all pendant and ceiling mounted light fixtures with LED light fixtures. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Bidders shall submit questions about Bidding Documents to Designer in writing. Questions must be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid due date. The ballpark estimate is between 2$M and 2.5$M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
