Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of Lift Station No. 2. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Lift Station No. 2. This includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance; construction of a 10-foot diameter concrete wet well with 100% solids epoxy coating, two submersible pumps, riser piping, valves, coatings, odor control system, brick and concrete fence and gates, site work, concrete access drive, concrete pavement and bollards, hose bibb, 2-inch PVC potable water piping, 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer force main and connection to sanitary sewer force main stub out by others, on-site sanitary sewer manhole, 10-inch and 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer and connection to existing sanitary sewer stub out, one 45-kW natural gas engine driven generator with sound attenuated weatherproof level 2 enclosure, generator concrete foundation, 2-inch natural gas line and meter, automatic transfer switch, load bank testing, electrical service, electrical service rack, disconnect switches, conduit, wire, service rack and control panel concrete pad, terminal boxes, lighting, miscellaneous electrical, sunshade canopy, miscellaneous site work, site restoration, and all else specified and shown in the construction documents and not specifically addressed in separate bid items, including adjustments and work necessary for a complete fully functioning lift station.
