This is a federally funded construction contract that is funded in whole or in part with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds as administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). CDBG funds will be used for this project. The scope of work generally consists of pavement rehabilitations and reestablishment of pavement delineations and pavement markings on mostly residential roads Along With Their Bid, Bidders Must Submit Cash, a Cashiers Check, a Certified Check, or a Bidders Bond, Payable To the City of Hesperia in an Amount Equal to at Least Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Enter Into the Contract if the Same is Awarded to the Successful Bidder, and in Event of Failure to Enter Into Such Contract Said Cash, Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Bond Shall Become the Property of the City of Hesperia.
