The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide all labor and materials required to perform work on emergency panels and install emergency power disconnects per floor. PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE: The selected contractor will provide all labor and materials required to provide work on emergency panels and install emergency power disconnects per floor at University Professional Building located at 6410 Fannin Street, Houston, Texas 77030, building contains Clinical and Research Spaces. Any disruptive activities (dust, noise, and odors) shall take place after 6:00 P.M. or weekends. Outages will take place on Saturdays and will require a 3-weeks' notice. Please provide an estimated outage time per outage based on your schedule. Additional Clarifications: - Use ABB brand parts - Provide 2 extra breakers and 2 extra fuses delivered to owner -Submittals will be required for all electrical parts and fireproofing
