Site work and new construction of a civil project in Burkesville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the complete replacement of one existing Booster Pump Station, the construction of approximately 1,190 linear feet of 8-inch water line, 1,725 linear feet of 3-inch water line, 1,435 linear feet of 2-inch water line, and other associated appurtenances. Instructions to bidders: Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective bidders may examine the bidding documents at the issuing office and may obtain copies upon payment of a non-refundable deposit. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available. Bidding documents purchased by one party and bid by another will not be accepted. Bid security shall be furnished according to the instructions to bidders. Only bidding documents obtained from the issuing office will be accepted. Question Deadline 03/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
