As of April 06, 2026,project was awarded to Northwest Asphalt Inc., awarded amount is $1,415,777.11 2026 Minnetonka Blvd Trail Bids will be received electronically for the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment for construction of the following approximate major quantities: 2,600 SY of bituminous trail, 1,100 LF of storm sewer pipe, 3,800 SF of precast modular block wall, 2,800 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 1,800 CY of excavation, 12,000 LF of pavement markings, and 1 pedestrian crosswalk flasher system (RRFB). Digital copies of the bidding documents are available for download. All bids must be made online through the QuestCDN bidding site. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for their bids to be accepted. Each proposal must include a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Minnetonka in the amount of five percent of the bid as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract if awarded. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. No questions will be answered within 48 hours of bid opening.
