Reference number: 20124709 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-03 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 12 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 36 Description The English Montreal School Board (EMSB) is seeking a contractor who can provide the expertise, labor, tools and equipment necessary to inspect, clean, repair and update the record of backflow prevention devices (BPDs) located throughout its establishments, as described in this specification, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this call for tenders. The contract is divided into two parts: a lump sum for annual inspections and updating the register, and an hourly rate for corrective work. Delivery schedule The majority of inspections and updates to the register must be carried out during the summer break, from the end of June to the end of August, so as not to disrupt school operations. Repairs will be carried out as needed, according to a schedule determined with the CSEM representative.
