Please refer to the bid tabulation for detailed results Sealed bids are requested by the Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority for a Water Main for the Town of Arcadia: Southwest Water Improvement Area. Bids must be presented in a plain sealed envelope marked "SEALED BID / Water Main for the Town of Arcadia: Southwest Water Improvement Area". Bidders must include a non-collusive bidding certificate, an Affirmation of Understanding of Agreement / Certificate of Compliance for Procurement of Services, and a manufacturer's specification sheet for all items bid. It is the bidder's responsibility to obtain and acknowledge any addendums. All questions must be directed in writing to the designated contact by fax or email. Bidders who wish to be considered and receive addenda must register their organization on the Authority's website. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept the bid deemed in its best interest.
