Reference number: 20124757 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-05 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 30 Description The City of Gaspé is requesting bids for snow removal from public roads and municipal infrastructure for sectors 1 to 3. Bids must be accompanied by a certified cheque, made out to the order of the City of Gaspé, in an amount equal to or greater than 10% of the total contract amount, including all applicable taxes; with the exception of bids filed through electronic filing (ELD) on the SEAO. In the absence of a certified cheque, bids may be accompanied by a bid bond issued by an insurance company holding a licence as an insurer in Canada or Quebec, for the same amount and valid for a period of 90 days following the date of opening the bids. A letter of commitment to issue a performance bond must also be attached to the submission. Any bidder whose bid exceeds $1,000,000 must, on the date of submission of their bid, hold an authorization to contract issued by the Public Procurement Authority (AMP) and attach a copy of its authorization to the bidding documents.
