The City of Pigeon Forge is receiving bids on spray applied pipe liner for the Public Works Street Department. Specifications may be obtained from the Public Works Department at City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope with the bidders name and address on the outside and marked "Bid on Pipe Liner. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid most favorable to the City. Old Mill Ave : Price to include Labor , Material and Equipment to rehab 48 storm drain that run parallel with Old Mill Ave. Set up temporary pipe plug and bypass pump to keep line dry during installation if needed. Clean and prep line to be repaired . Spin Cast 650 of 48 CMP Storm Drain with 2 of Mainstay ML-72HP Composite Mortar . (Or Equivalent of what was installed on Old Mill Ave from previous project ). Touch up any places that need attention and remove bypass pump and temporary pipe plug if it was needed . Clean up work area and demobilize equipment . Garland Street : Price to include Labor , Material and Equipment to rehab 30 CMP storm drain that flows from the Parkway catch basin to catch basin @ intersection of Garland St and N River Rd. Set up temporary pipe plug and bypass pump to keep line dry during installation if needed . Clean and prep line to be repaired . Spin cast 210 of 30 CMP 11 deep with 2 of Mainstay ML-72HP Composite Mortar . (Same mortar used on Old Mill Ave or Equivalent .) Touch up any places that need attention and remove bypass pump and temporary pipe plug if it was needed . Clean up work area and demobilize equipment .
