Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hyattsville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a 108,936-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; industrial development; parking garage; and 112,000-square-foot municipal facility.

Project work includes construction of a new Administration building (approximately 112,000 square feet, LEED Silver certification), renovation of the existing Warehouse building (including a new sewer thermal heating exchange mechanical system), renovation of the existing Fleet Garage building, construction of a new pre-engineered Storage building, replacement of the existing Outdoor Storage building, renovation of the existing Heavy Equipment Shop building, construction of a new Guard Booth, construction of a new pre-engineered Radio Shed building, construction of a new Vehicle Rinse Station, construction of new Materials Bins, sitework improvements (including utilities, grading, paving, stormwater management, landscaping, etc.), and demolition of three existing buildings and storage structures. Some or all of this work will be phased construction, and areas of the site will remain occupied by the Owner during various phases of construction. Qualified Contractors are to provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, expertise, and incidentals in accordance with all terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions.
