Site work and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Longueuil, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel.
The scope of work is to provide testing laboratory services for rehabilitation and construction work on the Quebec Bridge (2025-2028). Bidders are instructed to fill the 'Technical Offer' (Section 4) and 'Financial Offer' (Section 5) forms as outlined in the 'Instructions to Consultants' (Section 2), and to return each form in separate files named 'Technical Offer' and 'Financial Offer' to the specified email address. The Consultant may submit the proposal in either of Canada's two official languages. The Owner does not bind itself to accept any proposal, notably if the Owner determines that it is not in the public interest to award the Contract.
