Reference Number 0000413484 Friends of the Rouge, in partnership with the City of Dearborn, is seeking to design and construct a bioretention basin to capture stormwater off the roads at the intersection of Tireman Ave and Miller Rd. The proposed location for the bioretention basin is in the median on the east side of Miller Rd, the north side of Patton St, and the southwest side of Littlefield Blvd and will receive stormwater runoff from these roads through curb cuts. An alternative location for the practice is in the median south of Tireman Ave, west of Manor Rd, and northeast of Littlefield Blvd and will receive stormwater runoff from these roads through curb cuts. The selected consultant or firm shall conduct a comprehensive engineering site survey to confirm site suitability for the installation of a rain garden at the intersection of Tireman Avenue and Miller Road. The consultant or firm can bid on one or both of the requested services.
