The project consists of a comprehensive modernization of the San Diego County Office of Education campus located at 6401 Linda Vista Road, San Diego, California. The work includes demolition and alteration of existing facilities; structural, architectural, and interior upgrades; roofing improvements; accessibility enhancements; and installation of new finishes. The project also includes major mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, communications, and security system upgrades, as well as associated site work, utilities, paving, and exterior improvements. All work shall be performed in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications and coordinated to allow for partial owner occupancy during construction.
