The City of Santa Ana (City) desires to enter into an Agreement with a qualified professional engineering consulting firm for the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimate of a pedestrian bridge. In addition, environmental documents and regulatory permits for the Santiago Creek Pedestrian Bridge Improvements will also be part of the scope of work. This contract will also include providing field observation and construction support.
