The tender is for of the realignment and upgrading of Township Road 250 in the Coenrich community of Eastern Rocky View County. SCHEDULE 'A' - Township Road 250 Realignment from 0+165 to 2+330 (West of CN Crossing) SCHEDULE 'B' - (Interchangeable with Schedule 'C') - Township Road 250 Realignment from 2+340 to 2+633 (East of CN Crossing) - work to be completed in 2026 in unison with Schedule 'A' SCHEDULE 'C' - (Interchangeable with Schedule 'B') - Township Road 250 Realignment from 2+340 to 2+633 (East of CN Crossing) - work to be completed in 2027 independent from Schedule 'A' SCHEDULE 'D' - (Deletable Schedule) - Developer Utility Crossings to be installed in unison with Schedule 'A' Schedule 'A' construction limits of Township Road 250 are from 165 m east Range Road 285 to the Canadian National Railway right of way. This schedule will consist of grading, concrete works, granular base course, asphalt concrete pavement, signage, traffic signals, streetlighting, roadway lines and other work. All work to be completed by October 15, 2026. Schedule 'B' construction limits of Township Road 250 are from the Canadian National Railway crossing, tie-in to existing Township Road 250 approximately 300m east of the Canadian National Railway crossing. This schedule will consist of grading, concrete works, granular base course, asphalt concrete pavement, signage, roadway lines and other work. The work shall not take place until the completion of the ATCO Transmission upgrades. The Owner and the Consultant are working with ATCO to confirm the schedule and when this phase of work will be completed. All work to be completed by October 15, 2026. If work in this schedule needs to be carried over into 2027 the contractor will be notified by June 15, 2026, that Schedule 'C' will be used in place of Schedule 'B' and all work will be completed in 2027. Schedule 'C' construction limits of Township Road 250 are from the Canadian National Railway crossing, tie-in to existing Township Road 250 approximately 300m east of the Canadian National Railway crossing. This schedule will consist of grading, concrete works, granular base course, asphalt concrete pavement, signage, roadway lines and other work. The work shall not take place until the completion of the ATCO Transmission upgrades. The Owner and the Consultant are working with ATCO to confirm the schedule and when this phase of work will be completed. All work to be completed by August 15, 2027. Schedule 'D' Developer Utilities crossings to be installed when Schedule 'A' is being constructed. Plans and survey layout will be provided to the contractor for Developer Utility installation.
