Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes roadway resurfacing, ADA upgrades, curb and sidewalk replacement, striping, and drainage improvements as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 180 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Bid packets must be completed as designated in the contract documents, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project, and addressed to the Borough of Tinton Falls. Bid packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company authorized to do business in New Jersey and either a bid bond or certified check drawn to the order of "Borough of Tinton Falls" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, not to exceed $20,000. The successful bidder is required to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the project. Vendors currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified are excluded from participating. The successful bidder must comply with all statutory requirements referenced in the contract documents, including but not limited to N.J.A.C.17:27, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., business registrations, Prevailing Wage Act, Public Work Contractor Registration, and Affirmative Action Requirements. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bid packets as permitted by law. No oral interpretation and/or clarification of the meaning of the Contract Documents will be made to any Bidder. Any interpretation or clarification requested by a Bidder shall be in writing, addressed to the Engineer. 2. All interpretations, clarifications and any supplemental instructions issued by the Engineer will be in the form of written Addenda to the Plans or Specifications, and will be distributed to all prospective Bidders. All Addenda so issued shall become part of the Specifications and Contract Documents, and shall be acknowledged by the Bidder in the Bid Packet. Document Acquisition : Bidders will be furnished with a hard copy of the Contract Documents upon proper notice and payment of a non-refundable charge of One-Hundred Dollars ($100.00) payable to "T&M Associates" at the offices of T&M Associates to defray the cost thereof.
