Sealed bids are requested for HVAC Improvement projects at Asher Holmes Elementary School and Robertsville Elementary School in Marlboro, NJ. Bids must be delivered in sealed, properly marked envelopes. A bid security of not less than ten percent (10%) of the base bid, and not more than $20,000, is required in the form of a certified check or bid bond. Bidders and/or their subcontractors must be classified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, in the following categories: C032 - HVACR; C029 - Structural Steel and Ornamental Ironwork; C030 - Plumbing; C047 - Electrical. Contractors must have at least five years' experience on similar scale HVAC projects. All interested contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference.
