Bidder shall according to common industry standards and in accordance with all applicable laws, demolish the building located at the following address: 901 Mitchell Street, Clovis, NM 88101. The structure is two thousand ten (2010) square feet with an attached shed and carport and was constructed in the year 1969. Bidder shall provide complete demolition of structure and its contents and removal off the property, including any and all slabs, foundations, footings and underground utilities inside the existing building foot print to a depth of a minimum of two feet (24 inches) below existing grade level. In addition, Bidder shall demolish and remove any concrete sidewalks and driveways on the property. All excavated areas below finished grade shall be backfilled with clean fill and compacted to a minimum of 90% compaction Reference Number 0000413411 On behalf of the Curry County and pursuant to and in compliance with the NM State Procurement Code, Curry County hereby invites competitive sealed bids for the demolition of structures located at 901 Mitchell Street, Clovis, New Mexico 88101.
