The scope of Services is being divided into the following stages: Stage 1 Detailed design of the Pumping Plant Fabrication of the portable Pumping Plant Procurement of long-lead items Stage 2 Delivery, supply, and installation of the Pumping Plant at the following BC Hydro terminals (contingent on funding approval and completion of Stage 1): Nile Creek (NCT) Texada West (TXW) Texada East (TXE) Cape Cockburn (CCB)
