This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by Cowichan Valley Regional District to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Building Condition Assessment. The CVRD is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to undertake Building Condition Assessments (BCA) of 40 individual buildings located within the CVRD, which belong to various departments such as Parks, Solid Waste, and Recreation and vary in age, size, and complexity. Over the next 5 years, the successful proponent will complete the condition assessments and provide condition ratings to both calculate the Facility Condition Index (FCI) and support sustainable asset renewals. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the CVRD’s e-bidding system Bonfire portal. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to check the Bonfire portal for any addenda(s) before submitting their response.
