Perry-McCall Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager for the Two-Story Addition GMP #3 at Fletcher High School. Seal proposals are being accepted for the following trade packages: Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Casework, Waterproofing, Roofing, Glass, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Overhead Doors, Drywall, Flooring & Sealed Concrete, Painting, Signage, Miscellaneous Specialties, Canopies, Blinds, Elevator, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Landscape & Irrigation, and Fencing. Subcontractors must review all bid-related information, including plans, specifications, bid scopes of work, Perry-McCall subcontract agreement, and schedule. Bidders must also complete the subcontractor's pre-qualification (SCORE). SCORE registration must be fully completed, including financial information, one week prior to the bid due date. Any proposed comments to the subcontract agreement template must be submitted with the bid. Incomplete submissions may be subject to bid rejection. Interested bidders must notify Perry-McCall of their intent to bid in writing by the specified date. Bids are due from pre-qualified subcontractors by the specified bid date to the indicated submission destinations. Pre-qualification requirements: Subcontractors must complete the SCORE pre-qualification process, including all required financial information.
