The project is for Barnwell County High School, approximately 275,000 square feet. The project will include, but is not limited to: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Fencing, Concrete, Steel, Rebar, CMU/Brick, Cast Stone, Masonry, Masonry Accessories, Painting, Sheetrock, VCT, Epoxy Lockers, Bleachers, Athletic Equipment, Millwork, Kitchen Equipment, Joint Sealants, Louvers, Toilet Partitions/Accessories, Storefront, Wood Doors, Hollow Metal Frames, Aluminum Composite Metal Siding, and Landscaping. An early sitework package has already been awarded. Subcontractors and material suppliers must be licensed in the state of South Carolina. Bid documents may be obtained from the General Contractor's website. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receipt. Each bidder must be legally licensed under South Carolina laws. Performance and Payment bond may be required equal to 100% of the contract price; subcontractors and suppliers should be prepared to provide this amount as an alternate, independent of their proposal for work, should it be required by the General Contractor.
