Site work for a water / sewer project in Cornwall, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are requested for the construction project involving trenchless relining of existing sewer infrastructure at the Beaver Dam Lake and Firthcliffe Heights Sewer Districts. Bids will be received for Contract GC-1 General Construction. Only those listed as having obtained the official contract documents from MHE Engineering, D.P.C. are permitted to bid and receive addendums. Digital and hard copies of documents are available for a fee. Each bid must include a Bid Guarantee of at least five percent of the bid amount, with the successful bidder required to execute the contract and file performance, labor and material payment bonds, and insurance within fifteen days of award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or technicalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within forty-five days of opening. The Owner is exempt from state and local sales taxes on materials supplied under the contract. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
