Renovation of a municipal facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Saskatoon is seeking quotations from contractors for supplying and installing two boilers at the Commissary building, and one condensing unit along with one evaporator coil for the air handling unit in the Quarantine building at the Forestry Farm Park and Zoo site. The project requires the provision of all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision. All units are to be equipped with Building Management System (BMS) controls, and contractors are required to disconnect, retain, and reintegrate the controls with the new equipment. The functionality of the new systems must be at least as good as or better than the previous equipment. Respondents must register on the City's electronic bidding system to download documents, ask questions, receive addenda, and submit bids. Award notification will also be posted on the same site.
