The City of Stockton, Missouri is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of the City Hall TPO roof. Contractors must be experienced in commercial TPO roofing systems. Bids may be hand-delivered to City Hall or mailed to the City of Stockton. The City of Stockton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Contractors shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following work in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards: 1. Tear off existing TPO roofing down to the insulation. 2. Replace any saturated insulation, as applicable. 3. Install new fan fold insulation board over the entire roof deck. 4. Install a new 60 mil TPO single-ply membrane. 5. Furnish and install new metal drip edge at roof edges, as necessary. 6. Perform all required flashing at curbs, penetrations, pipes, and walls per manufacturer requirements. 7. Provide warranties upon completion and final payment: o 15-year material warranty o 3-year labor warranty OWNER OPTIONS (PRICED SEPARATELY) Bidders shall provide pricing for the following optional items, if available: Upgrade to 1/2-inch high-density cover board in lieu of fan fold insulation. Upgrade to 50 mil PVC membrane with a 15-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty. Upgrade to 80 mil PVC membrane with a 25-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty. Furnish and install new metal cap for the entire building.
