The project consists of the excavation and removal of the existing artificial turf field and perimeter fencing, along with all site preparation necessary to accommodate new athletic and site improvements. The work includes installation of a new multi-sport synthetic turf field striped for football, soccer, and lacrosse; a new scoreboard and sound system; ornamental perimeter fencing; ball safety netting; a flagpole; and parkway trees. The work also includes all related utility infrastructure, including stormwater management systems located beneath the field. Trades included but not limited to: Selective Demo., Concrete, Flagpoles, Scoreboards, Sports Netting, Electrical, Communication, CCTV System, DVS System, Excavation, Grading, Fill, Drilled Concrete Piers & Shafts, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Synthentic Grass Surfacing System, Decorative Metal Fences & Gates, Sodding, & Site Utilities. QA date 03/5/2026 The scope of work includes new artificial turf with associated new storm drainage system. It also includes revitalizing the sites exterior through the replacement of all perimeter asphalt walkways, and the installation of a 10-foot ornamental security fence, high-performance field lighting, & new score board.
