As of March 12, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Rockingham County School Board invites bids from all responsive and responsible bidders for the construction and setup of a modular classroom at Lacey Spring Elementary School. Bids must be hand delivered to the specified address, and any received after the deadline will be rejected. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding. The modular classroom is to be delivered no earlier than the specified date and must be fully set up and completed by the required completion date. The School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities as deemed in their best interest.
