The work involves pavement maintenance at Carbon County Regional Airport, including: - Schedule I (UDOT Funded): Pavement Maintenance – Taxiway A South of Taxiway A4 and Apron - Schedule II (UDOT Funded): Pavement Maintenance – Taxiway A North of Taxiway A4 - Schedule III (Locally Funded): Pavement Maintenance in Front of Private Hangars The major bid items and approximate quantities include routed crack seal, reseal crack seal, major crack repair (crack fill with mastic), pothole repair (cut and patch with hot-applied patch material), emulsified asphalt seal coat (2:1 dilution, 2.5% polymer), temporary pavement markings, and permanent pavement markings. All bidders are encouraged to examine the site prior to bidding. Submission of a bid acknowledges and accepts all existing site conditions. Bidders must provide all information required in the Contract Documents and bid on all items of every schedule or as otherwise detailed. Bids may be held for up to 60 days for evaluation and may not be withdrawn after opening. Carbon County reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids. Guarantee is required with each bid equal to five percent of the total bid, payable to Carbon County. The successful bidder must provide separate performance and payment bonds each for 100% of the contract price. Title VI Civil Rights Act provisions apply.
