The City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, invites sealed bids for Marsh Oaks Community Center Parking Improvements (CDBG 684332-25). Bids must be submitted in duplicate to the Office of the Procurement Manager, 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233, by 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Bids received after this deadline will not be considered. The project will be funded in whole or part by a federal grant, and the awarded bidder is required to comply with all provisions of the HUD-awarded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG 684332-25). A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM in the City Hall Commission Chamber, 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233. Bids should be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked "BID NO. 2526-10: MARSH OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER PARKING IMPROVEMENTS, TO BE OPENED THURSDAY, MARCH 12, 2026." Bid specifications are available for inspection and can be obtained from the city's website or by contacting the Procurement Manager. A Federal grant will fund this project in whole or in part, and the awarded bidder must comply with the provisions of the Housing and Development (HUD) awarded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project number CDBG 684332-25. Information regarding this grant and all Federal requirements are included within the Bid Specifications and attachments. The project site is at the following location in Duval County, Florida: Marsh Oaks Community Center, 100 West 1st Street, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233. The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the removal of approximately 1,406 SY of concrete and replacement with new concrete driveways and aisles, concrete pads for pedestrian use, pervious paver parking stalls, sodding, driveway culvert replacement, and existing swale regrading, as described in the Contract Documents. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 03/06/2026 All questions requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be made in writing and shall reach the Owner at least 5 days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
