Site work for a development in Brookshire, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
Project scope shall include clearing of approximately 236 AC; excavation of approximately 705,000 CY of earthen material; and installation of approximately 683 LF of 60”-66” RCP and 1,318 LF of 5’x2’ – 8’x7’ RCB storm sewer. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and/or Bid Amounts. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the system for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening on or before 4th March 2026.
