The new WPF will be located adjacent to the existing Arlington East Water Reclamation Facility at 1555 Millcoe Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32225 and will consist of the following purification processes: Membrane Filtration (MF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultraviolet (UV) light advanced oxidation process (AOP), Membrane degasification, and Post purification stabilization. Coordination efforts with the Owner and program support team will be necessary. Note that active construction may be ongoing at the WPF site or at adjacent site locations for associated projects or related improvement projects.
