The New York City Department of Transportation Staten Island Ferry invites companies to submit proposals for a Facility Engineering Service Agreement for the Staten Island Ferry Division (Facility Engineer). Proposals must be submitted via PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system if they have not already done so. Proposals are to be submitted in response to EPIN: 84125P0013. There are participation goals for New York State’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) as required by FTA and FHWA, though no specific DBE goal is set for these projects. Any inquiries concerning the Procurement should be directed to Josiane Destra-Louis by email: jdestra-louis@dot.nyc.gov, the agency authorized representative. All Proposals must be received via Passport before the Response Due Date: April 16, 2026, no later than 2:00 P.M. Questions Deadline: March 9, 2026, by 4:00 P.M.
