The intent is to invite bidders to engineer, provide the required shop drawings, foundation templates, helical piles, all labour, materials, and equipment to manufacture, deliver, and install fifteen (15) shade structures at specified park locations. Substantial completion of work shall be by August 1, 2026. Suppliers may preview unsecured bid documents without registration, but downloading secured documents and participation requires either a subscription plan or Pay-Per-Bid access.
