The contractor is responsible for providing all materials and labor required to complete the following work: removing and re-installing seats using new hardware (bolts, nuts, screws); removing and replacing aisle trimming and covering, ensuring all trim pieces are secured with screws that sit flush with the trim surface to prevent tripping hazards; removing and replacing 38" x 25" x 400" floor covering with a textured, preferably ribbed, walkway between seats to prevent slipping; and removing and replacing wood flooring, including all associated nuts, bolts, and screws. Complete replacement must be finished within 21 calendar days from when the bus is taken out of service. Bids must be submitted electronically via the specified e-Procurement portal, and proposers are required to complete all necessary registration and submit all required and relevant documents as indicated in the solicitation.
