New construction of a bridge / tunnel in Eglin, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
FTFA 071214 – Construct New Bridge to Replace Bridge 12201, RR 234, hereinafter referred to as the “Project”, is a Construction Only project. This project entails the demolition of the existing bridge 12201 and construction of a new bridge with paved approaches on Eglin AFB Range Road 234 in accordance with the provided design. The work includes grading, paving, concrete, and stormwater drainage associated with the new bridge, approaches, and creek crossing. Refer to Attachment 1 – Design for details. This project shall deliver a complete and usable facility and/or systems. The project will comply with applicable FDEP, local department of health, DoD, Air Force, and base design rules and standards.
