CR#:2131907 Rockland Children’s Psychiatric Center at 21 Ave, Orangeburg, NY 10962 seeks a vendor to reopen their pool and provide ongoing maintenance for a three-year term. The work includes: technical startup of a Pentair ORP and PH Controller with probe compartment and flow center; removal of existing system; installation and connection of controller, flow cell, and probes; calibration of PH probe and verification of OPR accuracy; routing and installation of feeder tubing from tanks to return pipe; installation of respective fittings; upgrading Rolachem feeder from single speed x2; installation of a side mount 3” pipe size flow meter (Rolachem); multiport valve installation without additional plumbing repair; installation of new pumps for chlorine and acid tanks, including removal of old units, installing new multiport valves, and replacing seals as needed; inspection and troubleshooting of surge tank and gas heater systems; initial cleaning including draining (if needed), cleaning coping, deposit removal, power washing, cleaning gutter system and safety cover, vacuuming and brushing the pool, sanitizing and balancing pool; and ongoing maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, refilling tanks, balancing and determining saturation index, backwashing filter, cleaning pump strainer, cleaning and recalibrating probes as needed. Ongoing pool service maintenance is required twice weekly for three years. Bidders must have a minimum of three years of service. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 at 3:00 PM ET
