Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brantford, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
This Request for Quotations (RFQ) invites prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for sidewalk and curb removal and replacement. Contractor services are required for the construction and/or restoration of sidewalks and full block sidewalk replacements at various locations throughout the city. The contractor will work in conjunction with City Public Works staff. The work includes removing and replacing concrete sidewalks (125mm thick) and concrete sidewalks at driveways (150mm thick), including granular base, topsoil, and sod restorations for both full block and various locations, as well as removing and replacing asphalt driveways (70mm thick HL3 Fine) with similar restorations. Estimated annual quantities are specified for each item. Submission type is online only and language is to be English unless otherwise specified.
