Site work for a water / sewer project in Weyauwega, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the Rehabilitation of Well #2 and #4. Bids must be sealed and clearly labeled as "Sealed Bid: Rehabilitation of Well #2 and #4." A certified check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond equal to 10 percent of the highest combination base and alternate bids must accompany each submission as a guaranty. If the bid is accepted, the bidder must execute and file the proper contract and bond within fifteen days after acceptance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bid guaranty as liquidated damages. Proposal forms must be used as provided and are available at the Office of the City Clerk. The City reserves the right to accept any bid or portions of bids in its best interest and may reject any or all bids.
