The North Slope Borough is seeking sealed bids for design services for the Nuiqsut Public Works Shop Replacement in Nuiqsut, Alaska. The work includes demolishing the existing Public Works/USDW building and constructing a new shop facility at the current shop location. Bid Details: However, you are still responsible for ensuring your bid is timely received at the physical address listed above. The Department of CIPM expeditors scheduled time for receiving the mail from the Post Office box is at 10AM and 2PM. The North Slope Borough Department of Administration, Shipping and Receiving Division are authorized to pick up packages that are being sent by commercial airlines to Utqiagvik (Barrow) during their scheduled pickups, please provide airwaybill number to the Contract Administrator. Bids must be labeled to North Slope Dept. of CIPM, Attn: Marilyn Pico, Contract Administrator for commercial airlines (Goldstreak & UPS). Proposals received after the time announced for the bid closing, which will be 3:30 p.m. unless otherwise specified, will not be considered.
