Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Medina, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bids are requested for a contract with the Orleans/Niagara Board of Cooperative Educational Services for the purchase of window replacements. The contractor must pay prevailing wages as indicated in the New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Schedule, post the schedule on the jobsite, provide copies to all contractors, and obtain affidavits from subcontractors confirming receipt of the schedule. Updates to the prevailing wage schedule are available online. Prices must be held for the duration of the bid period, expiring June 30, 2026, after the notice of bid award. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Business Office, Orleans/Niagara BOCES. Sealed bids must be submitted on appropriate forms and in sealed envelopes to the Administration Building—Conference Room, Orleans-Niagara BOCES, 4232 Shelby Basin Road, Medina, New York, 14103. The Orleans/Niagara BOCES reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
