Site work for a mixed-use development in Mazomanie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The project includes street and utility improvements on Crescent Street in the Village of Mazomanie. The work consists of approximately the following: rehabilitation of 4 sanitary manholes, lining of 1,000 lineal feet of sanitary sewer, installation of 1,400 lineal feet of 6- and 8-inch water main, placement of 6,200 square yards of hot-mix asphalt pavement, installation of 5,300 square feet of 4- and 6-inch concrete sidewalk, construction of 2,500 lineal feet of 30-inch concrete curb & gutter, and 1,200 square yards of grass restoration. These quantities and main sizes may change prior to distribution of documents. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Mazomanie within the last year or must complete pre-qualification at least 5 days before the bid deadline. A bid security amounting to 5% of the maximum bid must be submitted. Bidders must have experience in municipal pipeline construction. Portions of the project are funded by a Local Road Improvements Program (LRIP) grant from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The Village of Mazomanie reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive informalities in any bid. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
