Construction work for reconfiguration of the use of part of the building recently acquired by the owner in order to create a new space intended for a police station. The project includes the complete renovation of the ground floor and garage, previously used as an indoor lumberyard, as well as the expansion of the existing mezzanine to allow for the integration of all the spaces required for the new police station. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a full team of architectural and engineering professional consultants to complete design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual design are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in mid-summer 2026. Timelines of further project development are being finalized.
