Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
The project consists of Gymnasium / Performance Stage, Science Classroom and Restroom Additions including modular retaining wall, pavement, utilities relating to site civil and landscape work, and Interior Renovations including small group rooms, finishes and related mechanical, plumbing and electrical and low voltage systems. This is Phase 2 of a project currently underway involving Phase 1 - Parent Lanes at East Side Parking Lot and Phase 1A - Sanitary Line Replacement on the west side of the site both of which are scheduled to be completed prior to start of this work. A cashier's check, certified check or bid bond payable to the Minnetonka Public Schools in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Minnetonka Public Schools for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing bids.
