Renovation of a detention facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The purpose of this RFP is to replace Generators and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) (the project) at Tarrant County Corrections Center (the building) in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this solicitation and all applicable national and local codes and code authorities. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 4/17/2026 01:00:00 PM (ET) The Project will utilize the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) method of delivery with stipulated lump sum amounts for all materials, services, and bonds required to deliver the project. It is the intention of Tarrant County to select a construction firm using a graded evaluation criteria process as described in the Statement of Work.
