* Award subject to final approval. Replace entire lower level roof between 3rd and 4th floors, approximately 500 linear feet and 3 feet wide. Provide new drain inserts. Provide new sealant around existing 3rd and 4th floor windows and wall penetrations along the west elevation. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the front entrance security desk at 588 Booth St. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
